Planning and Monitoring Committee has been formed for planning, monitoring and evaluating various administrative, financial, research, curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities of the institution.
Preparation of academic calendar and planning of academic, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities for the forthcoming semester.
Preparation of institution and department academic calendar and recommend the management for relevant funds for implementation with proper budget
Monitor budget utilization.
Periodically review minutes of DQAC meeting and all committee meetings in the institution.
Discuss feedback analysis report of stakeholders given by IQAC and suggest corrective measures towards quality improvement.
Overview the research and development activities of college in each year and make suggestions for further improvements.
Monitoring and evaluation of various processes in the institution periodically, towards continuous improvement.
Perform such other functions as may be assigned by the management authorities and principal of the college from time to time.
