The NSS Committee has started in the academic year 2018 -2019 for the aim to create service thought and helping tendency for the students to the nation.

The objectives of the NSS committee are

The students have to understand their relation to the community.
Identify the needs and problems of the community and involve them.
Developing social and civic responsibility.
Improving leadership quality.
Practing National integration.
Developing the social harmony skills.

The Function of NSS

Aimed at developing student's personality through community service, NSS is a voluntary association of young people in colleges. The programme aims to instill the idea of social welfare in students, and to provide service to society without bias. They educate students and society regarding many issues like health, sanitation, palliation, etc. Various health camps and cleanliness drives across campus and slum areas nearby are taken out regularly to create awareness and also to motivate people to work towards a clean environment.

Stage shows or a procession creating awareness of such issues as social problems, education and cleanliness.
