Library Books:

The college administration and members of staff of the library committee play a fundamental role in making the collection of different books for the library. Library collection includes books, periodicals and electronic resources. Selection of books and acquisition are based on the syllabi arranged for various courses conducted at the college.

Reference Books:

Totally 405 Reference Books including dictionaries, Encyclopaedias, etc. can only be consulted within the library. These are to be issued for only during the night. This reference material can be take photocopy. Make a copy of service is available in the library.

General/Textbooks:

This is the major collection of books in the library. Books for qualified reading, research and complementary texts are kept in this collection Textbooks for different courses being sprint in the college are kept in a divide collection. These are to be issued to use for home reading/studying for 15 days.

Monday to Saturday - 9.30 A.M. to 5.00 P.M

Rules and Regulations

  • Enter the names in entry catalog obligatory.

  • Keep your individual belongings at the Property Counter.

  • Institute ID –Cards is must for Library operation.

  • Use of mobile phones is not acceptable in the library.

  • Please maintain good manners, peace and silence within the location of library.

  • Please grip Library materials with greatest care.

  • No material from the Library should be in use out without proper issuing.

  • Do not mark or write whatever thing in books.

  • Check the book at the time of issuing.

  • In case of any defect or damage please inform the Library staff.

  • Books borrowing maximum: faculty – 5, non – teaching staff – 2, and student 3.

  • Books will be issued for a short duration of 15 days only.

  • All late Books are fined Rs.2.00 per book per day.

  • In case of lost or damage of books, substitute of book has to be made by the user.

  • Newspapers and magazines necessity be read only in the library on exact tables and Should not be taken to any other reading areas.

  • All final year students must be returned our books and library tokens for at the year end.

  • Any type of violation may lead to a penalizing action.

  • Computer in the library place should be used for academic purposes only.
