Internal Quality Assurance Cell is an internal quality assurance mechanism of the institution, is conceived as a mechanism to build and ensure a quality culture at the institutional level.
To develop a system for consistent improvement of the academic and administrative performance of the institution.
To initiate measures for enhancement of quality of all operations of the institution by inculcation of best quality practices.
To ensure heightened level of clarity and focus in institutional functioning towards quality enhancement.
To ensure enhancement and coordination among various activities of the institution and institutionalize all good practices
To ensure better collaboration and co-ordination between the departments
To facilitate authentic and proper documentation for future reference
To enhance transparency by building methodology of documentation and ensure authenticity through the verification of facts in all documents
Setting up and application of quality parameters for the academic and administrative activities of the institution
Facilitate learner centric, participatory, teaching and learning process
Arrangement for feedback response from students, parents and other stakeholders on quality- related institutional processes.
Dissemination of information on various quality parameters of the institution to all stake holders.
Organization of inter and intra institutional workshops, seminars on quality related themes and promotion of quality circles.
Documentation of the various institutional quality improvement activities.
Acting as a nodal agency of the Institution for coordinating quality-related activities, including adoption and dissemination of best practices.
Development and maintenance of institutional database through MIS for the purpose of maintaining and enhancing the institutional quality.
Preparation of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) as per guidelines and parameters of NAAC, to be submitted to NAAC.
Preparation of reports for various bodies like AISHE, NIRF, NAAC etc as per the parameters and guidelines.
Perform such other functions as may be assigned by the management authorities and principal of the College from time to time.
