A strong bonding with alumni is utmost important for the growth of an institution.
Mohamed Sathak Hamid College of Arts and Science for Women is really proud of its alumni who have excelled
in every walk of life. Although all the staff members are well connected with our former students, the college has
made efforts to start the Alumni Association. The faculty coordinators, T. Thajitha Banu and G. Sharon Rose
initiated the process by forming a coordination committee for organizing the Alumni Meet.
Six alumni volunteered to be part of the committee. With the efforts of the committee consisting of alumni volunteers
and student volunteers from different courses of current batches, first alumni reunion was organized on March, 2023.
Great ambience was observed everywhere with old students reliving their old memories with their teachers ,senior and juniors.
Many students for current batches were also seen interacting with their pass out seniors and the learning from their experiences.
The members of the alumni association have been organizing seminars and webinars for the student and
staff T. Thajitha Banu & G. Sharon Rose served as an Alumni faculty coordinator till 2024.
